These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CallMeStar website and the AI-powered celebrity-style video greeting service (“Service”). By placing an order or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

CallMeStar provides personalized video calls on Instagram that imitate the appearance and voice of celebrities using advanced artificial intelligence technology. These are AI-generated experiences and are not real live calls from the actual celebrities.

The Service is intended for entertainment, congratulations, and pranks.

2. Ordering Process

To place an order you must provide:

• Desired celebrity
• Greeting script / what the celebrity should say
• Possible questions and suggested responses
• Recipient’s Instagram account
• Preferred date and time for the call

We will confirm availability and the final price before proceeding. Prices start from $30 and may vary depending on complexity and celebrity popularity.

3. Payment

Payment details and methods will be provided after order confirmation (usually via WhatsApp). Full or partial prepayment may be required before preparation begins.

4. Delivery and Timing

Preparation typically takes at least 2 hours. Exact timing is confirmed after you submit all required information. We will make reasonable efforts to perform the call at the agreed time, but delays due to technical issues, Instagram limitations, or force majeure may occur.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Recommended approach (what we apply):

• Full refund is available if you cancel before we start preparing the script and AI generation (usually within the first short confirmation window).
• Once preparation has started (script writing, AI generation, testing), the order is considered custom work and is non-refundable, except in the cases below.
• If we are unable to deliver the video call for reasons on our side (technical failure, inability to generate a satisfactory result), you are entitled to a full refund or a free re-attempt.
• If the recipient does not answer the Instagram call or rejects it, this is not grounds for a refund, as the Service has been performed from our side.
• Refund requests must be made in writing (WhatsApp or Instagram) within 7 days of the scheduled call time.

This policy protects both sides: you get a fair chance to cancel early, and we are protected against last-minute cancellations of already prepared custom content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Harassment, threats, illegal activity, or defamation
• Impersonation with intent to commit fraud
• Content that violates Instagram’s terms or any applicable law

We reserve the right to refuse any order that we believe violates these rules.

7. Intellectual Property and AI Disclaimer

All AI-generated content is created for the specific order. Celebrities’ names and likenesses are used only for entertainment purposes through AI synthesis. CallMeStar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any real celebrity or their representatives.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
